1- SMS Consent Communication:

• Account Notifications: renewal reminders.
• Customer Care: to confirm a conversation between our agency and a customer, so they have it in writing as to important info that was discussed.
• Marketing: to remind them to check their email for what our agency has sent to them related to marketing.

3- Message Frequency:
The number of messages depends on the communication type. For instance, expect up to 1 text monthly about promotions.
Example: "Text frequency varies. You might receive up to 2 messages per week about appointments or account updates."

4- Potential Fees for SMS Messaging:
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your carrier’s plan, with possible differences for domestic or international texts.
